My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in self-empowerment, helping you create meaningful and lasting change. As a single mother of two, I understand firsthand the demands of balancing personal growth, relationships, and everyday responsibilities. My children’s passion for sports keeps me busy at the rink, the track, the field and the court.

 

When I’m not cheering them on, I prioritize movement—whether it’s strength training at the gym or going for a run to clear my mind. I also find joy in cooking and sharing meals with loved ones, getting lost in a great book, and making time for moments of connection. I believe that just as we nourish our bodies and minds, therapy is a way to strengthen emotional resilience and build a more fulfilling life. 


I work with both individuals and couples, offering a supportive space to explore emotions, build healthier communication patterns, and foster deeper connections. For couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method techniques to help partners strengthen trust, improve conflict resolution, and reconnect on a meaningful level. For individuals, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to address emotional challenges and help you develop the tools needed for lasting growth.
