Are you feeling burnt out and overwhelmed? Do you find life transitions are leaving you feeling uncertain or stuck? Life’s challenges can sometimes feel like too much to handle on your own. Whether you’re navigating life changes, school or work difficulties, relationship struggles, or managing daily stress and anxiety, it’s important to have the right support to guide you through.

Shivani is a compassionate and culturally sensitive therapist fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Gujarati. She offers therapy services tailored to your unique needs. Shivani specializes in creating a safe and understanding space for clients from diverse backgrounds, with a deep focus on the challenges faced by immigrants and individuals navigating life transitions.

Her experience with children, youth, and young adults allows her to connect deeply with clients across different life stages. With years of experience working as an Educational Assistant (EA) in schools, Shivani has a thorough understanding of learning disabilities like ADHD and ASD, making her a trusted resource for individuals and families navigating these challenges.

Outside of the office, Shivani is a trained singer, having devoted over a decade to studying Indian classical music and also trained in classical opera during her teenage years. For Shivani, music is not just an art form but a therapeutic outlet, reflecting her belief in the healing power of creative expression. Shivani also enjoys travelling to many countries, while exploring various cultures and trying new foods.
