He is an experienced addictions counsellor, with a further specialization and interest in grief and relationship coaching/counselling. With over 5 years of experience in social work working directly with vulnerable populations, he provides compassionate, low-cost support for individuals navigating addiction recovery, relationship challenges, grief, and more.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (H.B.A.) in Psychology and a post-graduate certification in Chemical Dependency. Currently, he is completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, further deepening his expertise in supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s challenges.
Spencer’s approach is client-centered, offering practical, solution-focused guidance and emotional support tailored to each individual’s needs.
In his free time, Spencer enjoys music, reading, and travelling. Spencer is also a trained singer and songwriter who believes music is a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and connection. He often integrates creative approaches into his work with clients. If you’re interested in incorporating music into your sessions, Spencer may be a perfect fit!
